Comfortable and clean rooms, convenient parking, accessible location

The pool was out of order during my entire stay!!! The common areas felt neglected, and the distinct smoky odor throughout the facility was quite unpleasant. With so many maintenance issues, it's clear that significant attention is needed!!!

Well, it was a good stay on vacation.

Breakfast was ok... Bad coffee.

Rather loud at night. Staff watched TV.

Request extra towels at check-in, as they may not deliver new ones during your stay.

Unfriendly, halls smelled like cigccigarette, very noisey. trash and food on outside walkway , no extra towels. None at all in pool area. Very dissatisfied.

Room was very comfortable - location was great - pool area was great for kids.

There were a couple of minor defects (noisy shower and door needing to be pushed closed) but these did not affect the comfort of the room.

It was hard to find parking as we arrived late in the evening. The exterior was uninviting, with several abandoned cars and people lingering around. The breakfast options were limited, and the general cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired.

The staff was awsome and very accomadating.The pool was clean. Most of all we had a fun ,relaxing ,private stay.

That we must have lost our room keys at least 10 times during our 2 day stay.

I liked that I had a place to sleep for a couple hours.

A/C barely worked, toilet paper was basically out, beds weren't comfortable. The place was run down.

Surprised in the best (or worst) way!

The location was affordable, yet I couldn't help but notice the generally unclean environment and unsettling atmosphere. The lobby had a strange smell, and unsupervised individuals improvised outdoor hangouts by the entrance. Staff interactions varied widely. While some were friendly, others appeared disengaged. It was a mixed bag of convenience and discomfort.

Stocked and perfectly clean room available with a beautiful view, a couch. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff, early check in.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Booked the room with my dog for 1 night and had a really great stay. The staff were very polite and pleasant in the entire hotel. I really enjoyed this great property and did not want to leave there, recommend.

Great staff and nice amenities, but the pool area had an unpleasant odor.
